These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of rootlinelabs.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. RootLine Labs is a brand operated by NH Resource Group, based in Monsey, New York, United States ("RootLine Labs," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. Our products are for adults only.
2. Our products and health information
Our products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Information on the Site is for general educational purposes and isn't medical advice. Talk to your doctor before using any supplement, especially if you're pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition. Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience an adverse reaction. Individual results vary.
3. Orders and pricing
All orders are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Prices, bundles and offers are shown on the Site and may change at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's an error in price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
4. Offers and estimates
Bundle offers such as "Buy 2, get 1 free" apply as described on the product page at the time you order. Shipping cutoff times and delivery dates shown on the Site are estimates and are not guaranteed.
5. Payment
Payment is due at checkout. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.
6. Shipping, refunds and our guarantee
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds and our 90-day money-back guarantee are covered by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
7. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The RootLine Labs name, logo, product names, text, images and other content on the Site belong to NH Resource Group or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
9. Reviews and messages
If you send us comments, reviews or other content, you give us permission to use it in connection with our business. You agree that your content is truthful and doesn't violate anyone's rights.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and our products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. Except for the guarantee described in our Refund Policy, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NH Resource Group and RootLine Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NH Resource Group from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before starting any formal claim, please contact us through our contact form so we can try to resolve the issue. Any claim that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
